Goat Science

About

Goat Science is a science communication blog about goats. Every week it publishes a summary of one recent or particularly interesting scientific paper, explained in plain language and always with the full reference to the original work.

Every summary answers the same questions, so you always know where to look:

  • What did the authors ask?
  • What did they do?
  • What did they find?
  • Why does it matter?
  • What are the study's limitations?

Who writes it

Anastasio Argüello, Professor of Animal Production at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. His research focuses on goat science: colostrum biology, passive immunity transfer, meat and milk quality, and neonatal ruminant physiology.

ORCID: 0000-0002-4426-0678
